About This Coffee

Peaberry beans are a rare natural mutation where the coffee cherry produces a single, round bean instead of the usual two flat-sided beans. This concentrated flavor profile results in an exceptionally sweet, bright cup with pronounced citrus and floral notes. Only about 5% of each harvest qualifies as peaberry grade.
